During your Onboarding process, and as we begin working together, your account representative will provide you with an invitation to join a dedicated Slack channel via email. You will connect directly with our team using a feature called Slack Connect. You may request unlimited additional users to join your Slack channel.
If your organization already uses Slack for daily communication - great! Just make sure to provide us with the same email and your Diskko Slack channel can be connected directly to your existing Slack account and will show up as a channel within your organization’s workspace. If not, you will be prompted to create an account upon receiving the invitation from us. Please note that Slack will charge $7.25 USD per person/month, when billed yearly and $8.75 USD per person/month when billed monthly.
